5 reasons to subscribe to BookBub

If you love eBooks, subscribing to BookBub is a no brainer.

5 reasons to subscribe to BookBub:

1. Daily email of hand selected books (only 1 per genre). And, only 10-20% of submissions get accepted.

2. Books that are typically not free---are free for one day.

3. You pick the retailer of your choice and download.

4. Great selection of $0.99 books and discounted books from bestsellers-- again the books chosen are not generally discounted.

5. It's free to join for readers!

BookBub states they are "a free service that helps millions of readers discover books they'll love while providing publishers and authors with a way to drive sales and find new fans.”

BookBub touts, “Upon joining, members receive unbeatable deals selected by our expert editorial team, handpicked recommendations from people they trust, and real-time updates from their favorite authors."

It's free to subscribe and you select the genres you enjoy reading. Every day you receive an email with a small list of books at discounted prices. Just click on a book that interests you and you will be taken to your Book retailer of choice.

BookBub does not sell books. They simply alert members to the books their editorial team selects as the best. And, according to BookBub, only 10-20% of works submitted are accepted.

BookBub works with all major eBook retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple's iBook’s, and Kobo. You purchase the books you want directly on the site of your choice.

BookBub doesn’t make any money off the book, they make it off the author or publisher.

And, why would a publisher want to pay to list their book for a deal on BookBub? Because the discounted book will be seen by millions and the selective process is tough!

BookBub was founded by two Harvard graduates in 2012 (Wow! Wish I would have thought of it!) and is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

November 6, one of my books, A Deep Thing by A.K. Smith was listed on BookBub for $0.99 and it hit #1 on Amazon in multiple categories and made the bestseller list. A Deep Thing will be on sale at $0.99 for the entire week.

Get busy reading and subscribe to BookBub for free and discounted books to fill your Kindle. And please follow me on BookBub!
