Looking for a good read?

Check out Something in the Water by Catherine Steadman. Steadman is known for her role on Downton Abbey. I loved this page turner. This suspenseful novel is set in the islands and London. With a fast paced plot, it was an enjoyable riveting read. Speaking of black Friday deals, If you are looking for an idea of a good gift book, stocking stuffer or Secret Santa present, check out Books With Soul®, one year anniversary sale on over 300+ books (most books are $10 and under) :

What to watch?

Well, perhaps it's because it’s the end of the teen decade, and our world is a little topsy-turvey, so why not binge on spy series?

Here are sink in the couch, binge-worthy SPY series:

The Spy- Limited series on Netflix based on a true story.

The Americans- If you haven’t tried this series ---you are missing out. Love it, great actors. 80's setting and music. Amazon Prime.

Jack Ryan- Now streaming Season Two on Amazon. Tom Clancy would be proud of John Krasinski he is an excellent Jack Ryan.

Where to go?

You deserve a vacation and the time to plan it and get a great deal is this month. There are 3 days of deals. Black Friday is not just about shopping anymore. Black Friday travel deals are going to be hot. Cyber Monday is going to try and top it and it's, followed by Travel Tuesday—December 3! What's a traveler to do? Get ready to book when you find the deal, think about dates now, and any travel partners ahead of time.

My advice is to be ready, research destinations and airfare ahead of time so if you see the deal of the decade, you can pounce.

Sign up for the Expedia app, and check it at 9 am (Pacific time) on Friday, they will be offering hot deals and coupons, but they are limited. Once they are gone they are gone. Read this Forbes article on deals. Expedia, hotel chains and travel companies are lining up special deals on almost everything- airfare, hotels and cars.

So yes, wake up Friday morning after you digested the turkey and get ready to book a trip for 2020. November 29th, schedule in some time to do this, if you didn't find a hot deal research Cyber Monday(12/2) and then get ready for Travel Tuesday(12/3). Think about when and where you want to go in 2020. Set a budget and go explore your options on Friday November 29, Monday December 2 and Tuesday December 3.

But REMEMBER, BE prepared to book when you find the perfect deal.
